Make a Reservation:
A block of rooms have been reserved at the daily rate of $135, which includes one self-parking ticket per room. To make a reservation, visit the Waterfront Place Hotel’s reservation system.

Parking:
Due to construction beginning on the new Event Center adjacent to the hotel, there are some important parking related changes to note.
Overnight Guests
Overnight guests may valet or self-park in the parking garage located in the Waterfront Place Complex. Your hotel room key will allow you to enter and exit this garage via the hotel card reader located at the garage entrance/exit. Inserting this card will open the gate. Overnight guests’ parking is included in your guestroom package.
Day Guests
Conference attendees that are not overnight guests at the hotel are to park in the City Parking Garage located next to Oliverio’s on Clay Street in the Wharf District, just a short walking distance to the hotel. For your convenience, the hotel will provide complimentary shuttle service to and from this garage.
As you enter the garage, you will press the button and receive a ticket. Bring this ticket along with you and the hotel will provide to you a validated ticket at the Conference Registration Table. You will need both tickets to exit the parking garage. Simply go to the pay station located within the garage and insert first the original ticket and follow the prompt to enter the validated ticket. The validated ticket is then used to exit the garage.

Restaurant:
The Regatta Bar & Grille is offering a 10% discount off our overnight guest’s total food bill during their stay with us. Guests will need to present their guestroom key to receive this discount to their server. Offering is not valid in conjunction with any other coupon and may not be used on alcoholic beverages.
Spa:
The Waterfront Spa & Salon is offering a 20% discount off all spa services and this discount will be available during the conference event only. This discount is not valid in conjunction with any other coupons or spa packages.
